I want to remember what I have done everyday, no matter whether it's a happy day or an unhappy day.
If it's a happy day, it's healthy because I laugh. Scientists say that when people laugh our body will produce some chemical materials which is good for us.
And if it's an unhappy day, then I can learn. I think every time when something goes wrong there must be something that needs to be changed, maybe it's the way that I act, maybe it's my attitude, maybe it's the time of the day, the weather, the other people etc. So If I remember what happened that day, I will think back and learn from that. So this unhappy situation won't happen again!
